1-on-1 personal training in Hollywood

Get stronger, move without pain, and finally stick with it.

★★★★★

“I am by no means someone who loves working out… I’ve been strength training with Brandon for the past three months, and I’ve seen and felt real, noticeable improvements in both my mobility and my strength.”

Your first 90 days with a coach who’s all yours

The first couple of weeks: more energy, less stress. You learn to lift with good form, at a pace that pushes you just enough.

By 30 days: a routine you can actually stick to. Training stops being something you squeeze in.

By 90 days: stronger, moving better, more confident. Most people reach their first goals in about 90 days.

After that: it’s how you live. Your coach keeps adjusting the plan, so you never have to start over.

Individual results vary.

How 1-on-1 personal training works

Fitness Covered coach reviewing a client’s training program with her in the Hollywood studio

One personal trainer. One client. A private gym in Hollywood that’s never crowded. Your coach learns your goals, your history and any old injuries, then builds a program that pushes you just enough, never too much too soon.

We’re on Sunset Blvd across from Netflix, with a private gated parking lot out front, an easy trip from Los Feliz, Silver Lake and West Hollywood.

Every 1-on-1 client gets

Custom programming

Built around your goals, your history and any old injuries, and rebuilt as you get stronger.

1:1 accountability

A coach who checks in between sessions, plus unlimited InBody scans so you see what’s changing.

1:1 nutrition coaching

Simple habits built around how you actually eat, work and travel, paired with your training.

Private gym and recovery

Train on your own between sessions, 5am to 11pm, seven days a week. Red light sauna, Normatec compression and a massage chair are included.

Who 1-on-1 personal training is for

The person who’s been in and out of gyms for years. Big gyms, classes, apps, going it alone. Nothing stuck. Here your coach helps you make realistic changes you can actually keep.

The person who doesn’t love working out. Crowded gyms feel intimidating, and you’re not sure what you’re doing. Ours is private, clean and never crowded, and your coach teaches you everything from day one.

The person working around pain or an injury. A bad back, a shoulder, a knee before or after surgery. Your coach plans around what triggers your pain and builds strength without aggravating old injuries. If back pain is the main issue, see personal training for back pain.

The professional with a full calendar. Long days and a schedule that keeps changing. Your program fits around your week, and you can train on your own between sessions.

Let me start by saying I am by no means someone who loves working out. That said, the moment I met Brandon, the owner of Fitness Covered, I was immediately impressed by his professionalism and by how clean and welcoming the gym is. … I’ve been strength training with Brandon for the past three months, and I’ve seen and felt real, noticeable improvements in both my mobility and my strength. … Hands down, the best gym experience I’ve ever had.

Couldn't be more pleased with Brandon and his team. Brandon spent a lot of time with me asking all the questions and watching me do exercises to get me the plan tailored to my specific needs. It's a great small facility but has everything I need. My trainer, Kevin is Excellent!! I like that fact that's it's rarely busy so I have immediate access to all the equipment I need.

This gym is so nice, I actually look forward to my workouts which has helped me tremendously. It’s clean, not crowded (huge plus!!!), and has everything you need for an effective workout. The hours are great too! I signed up for the personal training which has made a huge difference for my progress. It’s honestly a great value and the trainer Kevin does a fantastic job at making it fun and educating me on the process. Highly recommend this gym to anyone needing to accomplish their fitness goals!

The Momentum Method

Most plans fail because they ask too much too soon. We start small, build the habit, then build on it.

STEP
1

Book your intro

A sit-down conversation with a coach, not a workout. We learn your goals, your schedule and what hasn’t worked before, and do an InBody scan.

STEP
2

Start small

Your first weeks are built around what you can actually keep up with.

STEP
3

Make it a habit

Your coach adjusts the plan when work or life gets in the way, so you never have to start over.

Build momentum

Small wins stack up until training is just part of your week.
